Info
'I Miss You More When It Rains' is the second exhibition in ALASKA Projects' international exchange history following on from 2012's 'As Above So Below' held at New Orleans artist run space Good Children.
This exhibition picks up on themes explored in 'As Above So Below' looking at geography, memory, space, love and loss. Both exhibitions take place in cities recently impacted by natural disaster and are designed as presentations of new art from Sydney Australia but also as expressions of artistic solidarity and love.
The artists involved represent a cross section of the work presented at ALASKA Projects and are defined by difference as opposed to similarity. ALASKA Projects has also chosen to show the work of three New Zealand born artists currently residing in Sydney.

In late June 2014 Dog Park will complete the exchange with an exhibition at ALASKA Projects Sydney.
